Compensation and Benefits
Redeye offers a complete compensation and benefits package that is competitive and includes paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). Immediately following an introductory period (90 days) a host of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and more are offered! Eligibility for participation in the 401(k)-retirement plan requires one year of employment.
